I had an amazing stay on a business trip. The studio I stayed in was well-appointed and modern, with direct external access which I really appreciated. The hotel's central location in Auckland was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby Lei store which had some nice goodies and drinks.

Overall it was a fine stay on a business trip. The staff were responsive and the facilities provided were very comfortable. Location: the hotel was just next door to nowhere to park and numerous cafes and bars.

The staff are fantastically friendly and provide a GREAT service. the location is fab, 1 mile from Skytower. - It's nestled in a nice building just off shops, a large supermarket, eateries, bars, and public transport.

Modern hotel, ideal for celebrating birthday!! Separate room with all the right accessories as well as microwave. Fab location to explore Auckland and great service. Walking distance to a market and all the major stores across the street. My favorite property in Auckland.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the city near plenty of great cafes.

Louis is an excellent Office Manager and works very hard to help meet the tenant's needs. His efforts makes Ponsonby Quest facilities a joy to use!

This venue offers clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony, cozy beds, and a nice shower, all set in a great spot near Western Park.

Thie hotel was really well situated, especially amongst several excellent restaurants and great coffee places. The walk to and from the city centre was easy and being out of the CBD meant we had a quiet room. Staff were helpful. Late arrivals are a bit confusing at first, but once we worked out the intercom, it proceeded very quickly and easily.

Location is superb.

Incredibly rude staff that's old an Internet access voucher, closed the reception immediately afterwards and then refused a refund the next morning, since I should have approached the reception...
